Refunds for Unauthorized Purchases
If your child made a purchase without your knowledge or consent, please contact us at support@jjsworld.ca within 30 days of the charge. We review these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a fair resolution. Include the transaction date and amount in your email.
