Privacy-First, Always
JJ's World is built for kids. We collect only the absolute minimum information needed to run your account and keep gameplay working. We do not sell data, we do not show ads, and we do not share your information with third parties.
📥 What We Collect
- Username — chosen by you at signup. No real name required.
- Age group — used only to tailor the experience and apply appropriate safety settings.
- Gameplay data — JJ Coins balance, items owned, game passes, friends list, and saved worlds.
- Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, timestamps) for security purposes only. These are not shared.
What We Never Collect or Allow
We do not collect or allow real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses to appear anywhere in JJ's World — not in usernames, chat, world names, or support messages. Our chat filter automatically replaces these with "---" if detected.
💬 Chat Safety
All in-game chat passes through our safety filter before being displayed to other players. The system automatically detects and removes:
📧 Email Addresses
Replaced with "---" before anyone else can see them.
📱 Phone Numbers
Any number patterns matching phone formats are blocked.
🏠 Address Keywords
Street, city, and postal code keywords are filtered out.
🤬 Bad Language
Offensive words and phrases are blocked from chat entirely.
🗄️ How We Store Data
Each user's data is stored securely in a dedicated folder on JJ's World servers. This includes profile information, wallet (JJ Coins), friends list, and saved worlds. Data is not shared across accounts, and staff only access account data when needed to resolve a support request or investigate a safety issue.
🚫 No Data Sales
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to any third party — ever. JJ's World does not serve ads and is not monetized through data.
🗑️ Data Deletion
You (or a parent/guardian) may request deletion of an account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@jjsworld.ca. Deletion is permanent. Any remaining JJ Coins are forfeited upon deletion.
